Designing Trust and Clarity for 150K+ Romanian Businesses
Overview
Oblio is a Romanian SaaS platform simplifying invoicing and accounting for over 150,000 small and medium-sized companies. As the brand was preparing to launch, we were brought in to create its visual identity system, from logo to core brand elements, designed to reflect clarity, trust and digital maturity. Today, Oblio has become a go-to name in Romanian accounting, used by companies like Glovo, Hilton and Sephora.

What we did
Challenge
When Oblio first approached us, they were an early-stage startup entering a conservative market. The team needed a brand that would feel trustworthy yet modern, approachable yet professional, one that could grow with the product and stand out in a sea of dated and overly technical competitors. We also needed to build a scalable identity flexible enough to extend across future verticals like billing, inventory, and financial reporting.
Solution
We created a flexible visual identity built around a geometric globe made of colorful facets - a reference to the many components of running a business. A checkmark carved out of the negative space adds a simple, recognizable cue of clarity and completion. The logo is supported by a bright, modular color palette and a clean, modern wordmark, giving the brand a friendly but professional look that scales across services.
